FAQ
Cuckoo is a workplace wellbeing app that helps employees build smart working habits through short, guided active breaks. The app sends regular reminders during the workday to take a 1–3 minute break for movement, stretching or mindfulness. These microbreaks are scientifically proven to improve focus, boost mood, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.
Employees can use Cuckoo on desktop or mobile, at the office or remotely. Everything is designed to be easy, low-threshold, and something you can actually stick with, even on busy days.
Cuckoo is built for companies that want to genuinely support employee wellbeing, not just through one-off campaigns, but with lasting daily habits. It works for organisations of all sizes and across industries: from startups to global corporations, remote-first teams to office-based ones.
If your people spend long hours sitting, working at screens, or feeling stressed and overloaded, Cuckoo fits right in.

- Up to 2 sick days less every year per each user
- Stronger team spirit and improved company culture
- Up to €3,000 in yearly savings per active user in reduced absenteeism
Cuckoo makes wellbeing something people actually want to do. Because it’s easy, social, and you can really feel the difference, it becomes part of the daily rhythm. And that’s what creates long-term impact.

Our pricing is based on company size and needs. We offer flexible packages with licence based pricing.
The number of licenses is determined together with the client. Our team has extensive experience with average user engagement levels, so we can give you a realistic estimate of how many licenses you actually need. While the service is available to the entire staff (or a selected group), the number of licenses usually doesn’t match the total headcount. See our pricing plans here.
